I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason I deem appropriate.

I will not accept AI art. Not as reference, inspiration, nothing. You will only be warned once before I blacklist you!

At least half of the whole price must be paid up front before I will begin working on your commission. When I'm finished, the other half must be paid before you will be sent the files. Refunds are only given if I am unable complete your commission.

Unless stated otherwise in our conversations I might use your commission too advertise myself and my work. (With large watermarks and credits too you of course).

I add a watermark to all my work do not remove it. If you need it moved for any reason, come to me and we can talk about it.

You may not under any circumstances, edit my work. If you need changes done, we can discuss it.

You may not use my work to make money without my permission. That includes streaming, photos, videos, esc.

You may never use my work to slander anyone of any party, nether publicly or privately.

When commissioning a NSFW model, you must show proof of age through ID or passport. Take a picture and black out everything but your date of birth, and include a hand written piece of paper with your username and todays date.

If you break my TOS, you will be blacklisted from my services and anyone else in my circle of friends.
